Children’s privacy
Protecting the privacy of children is very important to Texas Children’s. Texas Children’s supports the Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). For that reason, we do not collect or maintain information at Texas Children’s Web sites from those who have identified themselves as under 13 years of age.

Texas Children's collects only the personal information you provide to us in the following ways: 1) When you register as a member of Online Parents’ Connection and/or when you update your member profile and 2) When you access our site and complete mail-to links or forms that are used to contact Texas Children's, such as our Career Opportunities response mechanism. These mail-to links and forms collect information you provide in order for Texas Children’s to deliver requested materials, respond to your questions, or provide related information.
